Suji toast recipe
If you are looking for a very quick breakfast or a tea time snack then semolina toast is the best option. Semolina/Suji toast is not only a quick recipe but also very easy to make. Let's see how to make Semolina/Suji toast.. :)Ingredient for Suji Toast/ Semolina toast
- Semolina:3 tbsp
- Bread slice: 3
- Curd or Cream(Malai):1 tbsp
- Onion(Finely chopped):2 tsp
- Tomato(finely chopped):2 tsp
- Capsicum(finely chopped): 2tsp
- Green chili(Finely chopped): 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped):1 tsp
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper powder:1/4 tsp
- Oil: As per need
How to make Sooi/Semolina toast-
- Mix semolina, onion, tomato, curd/cream(malai), capsicum, chili, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper powder in a small bowl.
- If required add water to make a thick paste.
- Mix really well.
- Heat tawa and put oil on it.
- Take bread slices one by one.
- Spread semolina paste evenly on one side of it.
- Put it on tawa and toast both the sides of the bread slice.
- Semolina toast/Suji toast is ready.
- Cut bread slices into two halves.
- Serve hot either as breakfast or as tea time snack.. :)

Tip
Tawa should be hot enough to make toast.
